1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Scrutiny Pulse. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Scrutiny Pulse platform, including the website, member dashboard, survey participation, and related features. By creating an account, participating in surveys, or using our services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to register. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time.

2.2 Account Creation

Account registration requires accurate personal and profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity on your account.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Only one account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or employing automated systems to create accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

3. Panel Membership & Survey Participation

3.1 Survey Invitations

Survey invitations are issued based on your profile, screening criteria, and client requirements. Receipt of invitations does not guarantee qualification or compensation.

3.2 Survey Completion

When completing surveys you agree to provide honest, accurate responses and to complete surveys personally. Proxy completion, automated responses, and sharing survey content are prohibited.

3.3 Quality Control & Disqualifications

We use quality-control mechanisms including attention checks and fraud detection. Surveys failing quality standards may not be rewarded. Disqualifications for screening, quotas, or quality reasons do not guarantee payment unless explicitly stated.

4. Rewards & Payments

4.1 Earning Rewards

Rewards are granted for accepted survey completions. Reward amounts and eligibility are shown prior to survey start.

4.2 Credit & Redemption

Rewards are typically credited within 24–72 hours subject to quality checks. Redemption options and minimum thresholds appear in your dashboard. Processing times vary by payout method and jurisdiction.

4.3 Tax Responsibility

Members are responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards. We may provide tax documentation where legally required.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, misrepresentation, and using false identities
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete surveys
• Account sharing or proxy completion
• VPN/proxy abuse to misrepresent location or eligibility
• Sharing or publishing survey content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including survey instruments, UI, images and software, is the property of Scrutiny Global or its licensors. Survey content is confidential and proprietary. By submitting responses you grant Scrutiny Global a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and aggregate responses for research purposes.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of Scrutiny Pulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, use, storage, and your rights. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, quality issues, prolonged inactivity, or legal reasons. Effect of termination may include loss of access and forfeiture of rewards if termination is for cause.
